We are very disappointed with our barrel head. Ours was discolored due to the packaging becoming stuck to whatever it was coated with which was still tacky. Customer service was not helpful. Our wedding is next month and I’m bummed that I will always look at our barrel head with disappointment because it didn’t turn out as expected or as pictured.

Whiskey Made is amazing. I’m not only saying it because of the quality of their product; I’m mainly saying it because of their level of customer service. Companies just don’t offer high level service anymore but Whiskey Made does.
When we first ordered our guestbook, we designed it and submitted it. We received an email a couple of days later from Greg asking use about the design because something felt off to him. He wanted to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. After we made sure the design was correct the guestbook was made, shipped and delivered quickly. (Their packaging is minimalist but perfect too!)
When we opened our guestbook we were so excited! It looked awesome! But then we noticed one of our letters was printed inside a crack on the barrel head making it difficult to read. I emailed Greg about my concern and he offered me three options; partial refund on the order, discount on next order, or..to my surprise..a complete reprint!
The difficulty of ensuring a perfect print every time was explained by Greg due to the difference of every barrel head but he stressed they do check all before making. I requested the reprint and received it a short while later. No questions asked. It was perfect.
I can’t express enough how great this company was to work with. They were definitely the easiest to work with in the wedding planning arena which is always forgiving or understanding. I would recommend ordering from this company 100,000 times over.
